Lack of Power

I have a 2010 180 255hp Challenger. I just put it on the lake after the winter and the boat does not go over 30 mph. It has a total lack of acceleration. Engine sounds like it is running fine (except the lack of Power). At the end of the season boat was running great. I had it winterized, started great, but no power. Any guidance would be great appreciated.

I should clarify it is lack of acceleration and boat tops out at 30 mph.

Changed spark plugs. Works perfect!
