Just got back from vacation and found a new problem

Hey all I just got back from "up north" michigan and I came home with a new problem. I have a 97 speedster and the left motor will stall when i give it throttle if i dont let it warm up for 5 mins or so. It only does it when i first start it, then works good. The other motor works great. Also my family and I had a great time on our first vacation with our new boat!!! any help would be great.

what did the spark plug look like

It was kinda weird, like only half was used.

Well im going to check compression this weekend, If the compression is good, what else could it be?
