Hi guys,
I am a new jet ski owner. I have a seadoo 2009 Gtx 215 4 stroke. Recently, I was riding in the bay and someone blew by me, causing me to ride their wake. I went up in the air, and when I slammed back down on the water I could hear something happen and it felt very weird. I turned the jet ski off immediately, and started it back up. It started back up and I made it back to my house. On the way back, I noticed if i gave it a little gas, it would feel like it’s not firing on everything it has. Also, even when i was idling in forward, which is about 3 MPH, there was more smoke coming from the back end then normal. Is there any test I can run or any suggestions you guys have?
