I was hoping to just replace the seals on my jet pump. I don't need the bearings out. Any way to remove the seal without removing the bearing? Thanks in advance.
Sweet Lord, I finally got it! Solution involved a 20 cent Euro. It has to be hammered out from the back side, but you have to find a way to hammer the seal and not the bearing.
I guess you're talking about the double lip seal, you can use a seal puller, quick and easy, it will ruin the seal, but I assume you're going to replace it.
The tool above works good... but if your front seal is bad... it's probably because your bearings and shaft are warn. You would be better off to do a proper rebuild.
