Hi,

As per the title, does anyone know the exact thread size and type for the bolts that hold on the nozzle and reverse gate on a 95 speedster?

I have found out one of mine is stripped and I need to order and fit a helicoil but being an imperial size and living in the uk it's not as easy to find and / or measure them as we mainly use metric sizes over here.

Many thanks

Andy

Well............................

The boat is made by a Canadian company... so it's mostly metric. The only "American" (imperial) bolts, are on items that SeaDoo didn't make. So... before we jump into it... post a picture of the pump, of what bolt you stripped.

The stripped bolts are the 4 in the photo if that helps, unfortunately I have no better photos at the moment.

If I know they are metric that will make the job much easier. The previous repairer / owner must have left it like that as they have thrown away the locking washers to try and get more of the bolt into the pump.

Many thanks

the bolts that hold the nozzle to the pump body?

Those are 8mm standard pitch (1.25?) threads.
