Alright guy's, I thought I did not need to replace the wear rings, but after several fast 180 spins and taking off tubing and normal stuff. It seems to be acting like it is needing them replaced. But here is my thing the port side jet pump sounds normal, but the S-side sounds like a jet taking off, whistling and even a little metal noise, but looking through the rear I see NO where that looks like the prop is making contact with the housing or wear ring. Any ideas what this noise may be. Also this is OUT of the water as for in the water I am unable to hear it cause of being under the surface.. Good thing I did NOT cancel my order on the wear rings and rempval tool cause on Sat. it was acting as if the rings were fine..

I can not seem to find a pump Rebuild Kit, been looking on the link above, Riva, and also on seadoopartscentral.com. And all I seem to find is the the part individually. And there seems to only be 2 types of bearings that go in the propulsion system. A needle bearing and a thrust bearing. Which of the 2 might it be? Thanks

alright guy's, I got my pump rebuild kit in the mail along with my 2 new wear rings, and impeller removal tool.

My ? is. Is it possible to do the pump rebuild with-out having a bearing press, and if so what are some tips to do the rebuild...

Also I received my wear-rings,and I noticed on one end of the ring there is a like beveled edge. In which direction does that go????
