Have an 2004 Islandia that is having performance issues. I am going to look at the impeller and wear ring. It has the Mercury Optimax 250 engine. In the Merc book it talks about special tools. What special tools do I need to pull the impeller and wear ring?
I can find impellers but I'm having zero luck sourcing a new wear ring. Does anyone know where I can get a new wear ring (without having to buy kit) or if I can refurbish the existing?
