Is UMI stem worth fixing??

I picked up this umi setup last winter with the intent on rewelding it but never got around to it. Now I'm starting to think I should just sell it and buy one in better condition. As you can see the threads are stripped, its broken near one of the main orings, and the support plate on the stem has already been rewelded. What do you guys think?

Its pretty rough but it looks fixable and useable still. Depends if you want to put in the work to fix it up and may be difficult to locate a better stem? I know I looked daily for a good two months or so before I found an UMI steering setup.
