Is my engine seized?

i would really appreciate the communities help on this one. Im posting a video of the problem amd hopefully someone can shed some lite to this problem

Take the plugs out, see if you can roll it over by hand at the PTO, if you can, sounds like a bad battery, have the battery load tested at your local auto parts store or put a multimeter on the battery and see what your bolts are when you hit the start button. If she won’t roll over by hand you have either engine issues, pump issues or possibly a starter that’s stuck enfants d in the flywheel
 
thanx ill inspect everything just said i just didnt know where to start .. ill keep u guys posted
 
If you can roll it over by hand, try and start it without the plugs in, but make sure you ground the plug wires on the grounding studs. See if anything comes out when you turn it over.

Also, what is the the background, was it running good and just stopped, it is a new to you ski and you don't know its history. Sometimes lettings us know what it was doing before it stopped can help diagnose things.

Whatever you do don't use a jump pack o try jumping it with jumper cables, it will fry the electronics!
