I'd say yes. That IS if your ready and willing to put time and money into this boat.
I purchased one from Craigslist for $1000 full well knowing I'd have another $2000 in it, along with wrenching, cleaning, polishing, studying and researching time...
If you want a project with the result of a mechanically sound and visually apearing boat, go for it.
Check out my 1996 Challenger Resto/Refresh thread to see the time, effort and energy it takes to get one of these up and back on the water. It's work in progress...
Note: The tag says 2007. Here in Oklahoma its $.25 (cents) a day, every day the tag was out of date. 2007 to 2012 is 5 years. 365x5 is 1825 x .25c = $456 BUCKS! That is just to make it legal...

I'd say yes too... but why go though all the hassle of blanking the URL?? I would have a better judgement if I could see all the pics. Trust me... the guys here won't buy it out from under you.

Now... looking at the other pics... it's VERY rough. BUT... if the engines will crank over, and it has good compression (135 to 150) then yes... it's worth it. If the engines are rotten... and/or the computer (MPEM) is dead... I would pass.

Agree with Dr. Honda.... If the engines have some life and the mpem is intact, it's probably worth it. Otherwise, if you really want a project, I would offer $500 for the hull and trailer.

Well Im waiting on him to call me back. Said he already had a person coming to look at it and if he doesn't get then Im good. Lets hope he doesn't and it checks out great.
