Is Anyone else trired of all the seadoo bashing?

ok i've been looking for another jet ski to complement my gts. yeah its great but i want a more nimble ski for when i'm out by myself or the gf wants to drive her own. any i've been looking around the net for reviews on 1999-2003 gsx-l's and xp-l's, and i can not tell you how tired i am of seeing "run not walk away from a seadoo" or "seapoo" ect... i mean it called maintenance people!! anyway just want to see what everyone else here had to say about this, and i wanted to rant a little bit lol

I don't notice saedoo bashing. But then again... I've played with enough of the other brands, and skis over the years... I don't read reviews.

Buy what you want... and we will help you keep it running as it should.

Bashing happens for many brands. Irritating, you bet! Just try to ignore it.

I own a Bayliner as well. So I hear it from both ends. People love to bash Bayliner boats. On Club Sea Rxx they bash Bayliners all the time. They forget, Bayliner and Sea Rxx are both owned by Brunzwick. My boat, and the Sea Rxx cruisers where built in the same plant, same production line.

Like most things mechanical, if you maintain it, it will last. And when we blow them out of the water, as my '95 XP did the past summer vs. a 3 seat Yamaha who was talking smack....

Most bashing comes from ignorance on the owners part. Everyone is looking for a easy fix instead of doing what is required to keep something running. Then when it breaks down, it must this the manufacture's fault...instead of the lazy owner spending some time and doing some maintenance.

exactly. if you ride it hard and put it up wet nothing is going to last.
