Intake Grate falls off

I could use some help i am now on my third intake grate for my 97 xp they keep falling off i put in new inserts and loctited them still they fall off even i keep tightening them any help would be grate thanks

Are the inserts coming out or are the screws just loosing up? I use fiberglass resin mixed up to hold inserts in the Hull and blue medium lock tite to hold the screws in the inserts...

Karl is correct a fiberglass resin needs to be used to hold the inserts in place. Make sure hole is cleaned well and no moisture is present in the hole prior to filling. You can get a decent two part epoxy tube(s) at autozone or o'reilley.
