Intake Grate Bolt ?

So the previous owner of my boat had some kind of issues with the intake grate and the 2 bolts closest to the bow have been snapped off. I had my local mechanic attempt to drill them out with no success. Since he doesn't do a whole lot of work on Challengers he wasn't real sure what's on the other end of those bolts but a quick reference to a schematic overview showed there are washers and nuts.

Can anyone confirm this? If there are nuts that secure the bolts in place it looks like I will have to pull the s/c to get to them :banghead:

Yes, I remember working on that too. There is a nut and washer holding it in place.
