Injectors with X-Charger Mod

All,
I purchased an X-Charger upgrade kit with the 42-lb injectors to avoid lean-out and started install today on my 2008 Challenger 230 430 SE. Ran into a bit of an issue :-(. It appears that my boat uses the injectors with the extended nozzle (Model 420874520 injectors) instead of the shorter Bosch 0280155968 injectors.

What are my options? The extended injectors are clearly made to fit deeper into the motor and puting a much shorter injector in seems like asking for trouble. What is the flow rating on the 420874520's? Are there any 42-lb options for the 420874520 injectors?

my opinion is;
its the same engine everyone else has, so i don't think its a problem.
you may have other problems with xcharger but that's what you want and have brought.

Bigger SC should mean more power = different impeller.
I am about to start a similar project with a very knowledgeable mechanic. We are doing ECU fuel rail as well. Also it seems it requires a different intake plenum.

wasting your $$$ and time for a little fun.......

i doubt you will have to change your impeller, unless your going to do over 70 mph!??
i had over 350 hp and ran a skat 13/19 impeller, only had some problems over 70 mph

I just listen to the mechanic. We are turning my 215 into a 255 so he says no choice, new impeller. I am after torque as much as speed.

I have the dollars right now and i want to have as much fun as possible. I prob shouldn't waste my money on BOV too but i am. I like the way it sounds and it will help reduce stress on the clutch for the SC. Stupid hobbies are making work harder.
