in need of a part

i need a reverse cable for my boat. i have already called about 20 places. nobody has it in stock. Does anyone know where I can get this thing quicker than 3-5 business days? Also will the boat run ok without that cable functioning?

Mine did,.. arm that locks/releases the reverse gate broke, so left gate up
You wont have reverse, but move the lever as if it was connected for now.
