I was looking to buy the impeller removal tool for our 2012 Challenger 210SE. We have the twin 155HP 1.5L motors. I notice the OEM tool is $35-$40. I also see there is a Solas tool that says it will work with all 155HP skis.

Does this also apply to the boats?

It calls for the WR011 Solas Impeller remover. http://www.ebay.com/itm/361419709777

I could not find any info on the pump diameter for our boat.

Is there an alternative for the pump bearing grease or should I stick with OEM as well?

The 4-tec system uses the 155mm diameter jet pump and impeller splines will be the same for all the 4-tec jet skis and boats, so yes this tool will work fine. MAKE SURE you install the impeller to specification torque and use the correct thread locking adhesive as directed in service manual OR ELSE if the impeller comes lose on the shaft the engine bearings will be ruined $$$$!!!!

Good luck, not a difficult job.

Aside FWIW: There may be some small external differences in the Challenger jet pump as compared to the jet ski version, sometimes the linkage accessory brackets are located differently so a straight swap from a jet ski must be carefully researched, best to match parts numbers in that case.
