Impeller knock

CHanged my impeller and wear ring the other day. Replaced the oil and resealed everything up. Now when the boat is idling there is a very loud knock coming out from the pump. Boat runs fantastic and it only does this at idle. tiniest bit of gas and it goes away. Bearings shot? It's a 96 gtx and I installed a solas prop. Thoughts? Thanks.

I figure if the impeller was shifting and hitting the wear ring due to the bearings going bad that I would see a decrease in performance, but it runs strong. Should I ignore it?
