Steering seems to get hard in certain rotations of the wheel. Seems like a cable issue , is there any way to lube while its in the water?

Idles fine, steering tight

Lubricating steering cables generally is not an option from what I have read. Once moisture get into the housing it pretty much is in there and creates issues.

It bearable and I am using it this week. I called a local dealer here in south Florida and they said part is discontinued. I will look into replacing after this week. I guess I will go with aftermarket cable
