This weekend i tried to remove my IBR system on my 2011 Seadoo GTI SE 155. I was able to remove all bolt and got to my last bushing and it wont come out. Has anyone had the same problem, and if so how did you remove it? It is the Left side bushing.

I pulled my IBR last week from 2011 155 GTX. I had one bushing that was difficult but it had about 1/8 inch sticking out that I was able to grab with needle nose pliers and wiggle out.

Have you sprayed with penatrating oil?
One idea is a blind bearing puller. They are used to remove the flywheel pilot bearing from manual transmission. You can rent from local auto parts store. Basically the end fitting expand and locks into the inside of the bushing/bearing and would provide a firm grip to either rotate and or pull the bushing.

Example from Harbor freight, evan cheaper on ebay

I used a stiff wire with a little bend on the end of it. Slid the wire in, once I felt the hook part go past the bushing, I pulled it out with no issue.
