...finger throttle, help.? If i get a finger throttle lever and just the lever can i just use the cable that the thumb throttle uses or do i have to buy the whole kit and everything?

When you buy a finger throttle, it should have everything you need to convert the thumb to the finger control. I would check with the manufacture if any thing else is needed with their conversion kit.
