How to test MPEM

I have a 96 challenger that won't start and I'm starting to believe i have a faulty MPEM is there anyway to test this theory

Although I don't know enough at this time to advise I would recommend letting us all know what you have tired and tested and why you think the mpem is at fault and some of the more knowledgeable folks will be sure to help.

The boat won't start when I click on the start button although it will cross over from the celenoid the Dess post has just been replaced although when I put the lanyard on I get no beeps , at night the dash will stay lit up which is very odd. I have tried to by pass the nss by connecting the two wires still nothing
