How to restore shine. Wax or polish?

What is the best way to give the seadoo a showroom quality shine and make the color pop?

I just bought a 1997 xp and would love to make it look better. I saw someone on another forum take a 1995 xp and made it look better than new (in the pictures). It really livened up the color and shined.

A combination of wax and polish/sealer (after) provides the best results. Stay away from products that claim "no rubbing, no mess" The more work and more mess a wax creates, the better the results...at least IMO. Anything that is "spray on" or wipe on/off too easily, provides little benefit.

A ColorMatch product might also suite your ski depending on fading.
Do a search online. I use my ordinary carnuba wax for my car on my ski and it works well, mind you, I have a new model.
