How do you re-sleeve a 4 cylinder jet ski motor
Do the sleeves just pull out or do they have to be machined out
I have found a lot of info on YouTube about car motors but northing on how to re-line a seadoo 4 - tec motor bore
I just had my motor re-bored but something has scratched one of the bores when I put the new piston and rings into one of the bores
The piston moves up and down the bore freely so I don't know what caused the scratch
I will take it back to the machine shop on Monday to see how bad it is but I may have to re-sleeve the bore so I am trying to find out how to do it if I need to
