How to manual crank rxt

I'm trying to figure out if my engine is seized up. Just stopped with no warnings at all. Replaced the battery, starter solenoid, checked the pump, started works fine

Yet it just clicks!!!

How can I hand turn this RXT300 2016

Put a pair of vise grips on the drive shaft

Turns out the flywheel bolts have sheared and jammed the flywheel. So it need them and other parts inc the SC shaft
