how to bring the gel coat up??

i've a 95 xp rotax the one with the green hull seat and handle's console. and the rest is white.

we're currently in the middle of rebuilding it and wanted till give the gel coat a brighten up

has anybody any ideas to hide the scathes and give it a brighten up.

Just grab some good compound. Might take a couple steps to get it up.. I used a single stage marine grade compound. However the marine stuff is more money and any stuff will work.
