hi i have a 2003 gti le. We filled the engine with water earlier this year and followed the proces given to us and sure enough it started again.:) it ran well except for fowlling spark plugs more often than it used to but other wise it was perfect. We took it to lake chelan for a week and it ran well the first three days but on the fourth day when i was invlolved in a VERY slow speed race with e friend it bogged down and blew another spark plug. we replaced it and all was well. the next morning i took it toget gas at the gas dock. after i was done refueling i took it for a cruise on the lake and when i hit full speed it shut down totally no beep no life. so we towed it back in where we turned it over as it suddenly regained power but it would not start.

Later that day we got it running again but it sounded bad it sounded like the engine was ticking, and it did not have power. before we made it out of the no wake zone it died and was towed back in and put on the trailer. any ideas what happened ??? it at a mechanic right now he is a family friend who used to race.

Before you sink money into it, put in new spark plugs. Seadoos tend to eat spark plugs for lunch. I keep 3 sets on hand all the time...

who knows? you got it running same day. shouldn't have happened. but something did. maybe had nothing to do with water incident, but you apparently need an engine.
