Personally, I wouldn't pay more than $9k for it. Also... since winter is comming... it will be hard to sell unless it cheap.

If it's in absolutely perfect condition... you may get $10k in the spring.

Yeah I agree with Doc. I was thinking like 8500 to 9500. I have seen a few sell on craigslist and ebay for under 9500.
