Well with no luck on finding replacements or a shop that will work on them I took repairing my cracking seats to the next level. Now normally I wouldnt do something like this but without any other options I took a chance on yellow plast-dip. It is far from perfect but looks infinitely better then before when the yellow was chipped off. I havent had a chance to take it on the water wth the repair but so far im happy. It seems super durable and I can sit on them without anything coming undone. You can't beat it for $8.95....:hurray:

You can see the repair in the right corner on the bottom cushion, it was a fairly large repair...

I think it will work just fine for you. That's my same plan if I ever get a small hole. The fire trucks where I work mostly have vinyl interiors, with axes and other tools in the cabs, they tend to get beat up with holes and stuff. We use a company to fix them periodically, and that's pretty much what they do. They mix up this liquid plasti dip looking stuff that they color match. They put it on with a small brush. When it dries it's rubbery and blends right in. We have some spots that have been fixed for years and they still look good.
