How do you ground the plug wires when doing compression check?

Hey,

Sorry for the basic question, but I can't find a confirmation anywhere and I do not want to cause any bigger issues. I need to complete a compression test and can't figure out the proper way/place to ground the spark plug wires. Can someone confirm where the groundings posts are?

Is it the metal posts that are sticking out of the cap to the ignition coil box? Attached is a picture.

So I had a thought after you left, what if that starboard side motor failed because the pump / filter / injector lines etc. had been affected previously by the TC-W3 oil having made some issues when it was added over the synthetic since that occurrence is unknown and on the previous owner?

It would worth checking the pump and oil injectors and see if they are still working before you send that engine off, that tank was pretty full of oil and that could have done it.

Should probably check the pump and injectors on the port side to, just to be safe.
