How do folks access the engine?

I recently bought a 2005 Speedster 200 with the twin 185s. I want to rebuild the superchargers and upgrade the exhaust valves before spring. My question is - is there an easier way to work on the engine than leaning over the back seat? I routinely work on Porsches but I'm going to need a chiropractor on stand-by to work on this boat. I didn't see anything on the forum when I searched. Thanks.
