Hose outlets

Hi guys I’m hoping someone out there can help me as I’m at a loss on what connects to the outlet that sits on the crankcase behind the carbs. The manual doesn’t show anything about it either. I bought the ski that had already been broken down and I mean like everything taken off it for some be-sore reason and have managed to locate every outlet bore this one. Hoping you guys can help me out.

That’s the pulse nipple. It connects and runs the fuel pump on the front carb.
