Hit a rock ??? 99 speedster SK

Hey Guys, I brought my boat out for the 2nd time this weekend and hit a Rock. I was going very slow with no markers at all and must of got a submerged rock. I heard a big bag and look under water sure enough rocks.

Can anyone tell me if this kind of damage is expensive to fix?

Ouch!! Sorry to see that happen to you. Unfortunately I suspect it is a pretty expensive repair. A marina will probably be the most expensive place, look for a body shop in your area that advertises fiberglass work especially if they advertise themselves as a Corvette shop. If I was to guess it's 1500-1800 worth of damage on the low end 2200-2500 if the damage penetrated the hull. Don't let anyone talk you into just filling and painting while that would be the cheapest repair it won't hold up. It needs some glass work then a bunch of gel coat laid up to make it right again.
