I just purchased a used 2005 Challenger 180 215 , nice boat but I am having some problems and I think I might have to bring it to a dealer. When I take the boat out , after a while , when I slow down the oil light comes on , the engine make a constant beep , and it goes into lip home mode. If I keep the boat at speed it seem to work fine but when I slow it down it goes into limp home mode. Oil looks great , although it seems a little high on the dipstick.....could this cause the oil light to come on ??...put about 10 hours on this boat after they changed the oil and it seemed to work fine so I can't really see this being the problem. Could it be one of the sensor's. Any help would be appreciated..Thanks !!

The oil shouldn't be high on the dip stick. If the oil is low it could be a problem. Check it after it has run for a short time for an accurate reading. It could be several things that has caused it to go into limp mode. The oil light shouldn't come on if the leverl is ok unless the sensor is bad or the level is too low.
