I just bought my first jetski, i know its a seadoo bombardier and its a 3 seater.

I had it running for a while in my yard hooked to the hose and it seemed fine and then i took it into the water and it ran fine for about 30-45 min at slow speed and then died and wouldn't start back up, I looked at the spark plugs and they say overheating, and my girlfriend complained about heat from the sides. When i run with the hose water comes out the two exit holes under the seat but not very strong at all, most of the water just comes out the bottom behind the jet thing.

I know the oil pump had been removed and we premixed the gas 50:1.

I have it open to the pistons and i still don't see any sort of water pump, and i checked the hoses and there not clogged?

I wanted to know whats going on?, and if there are any tests i can run to find out, I can post more pictures and videos if necessary.

THANKYOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My opinion from looking at the pictures, you have not gotten that motor hot enough to lock it up from lack of water. (lean condition if the carbs were plugged maybe)

It would have a strong yellowish tint like a browned biscuit if it had a cooling problem from lack of water.

does it spin free now? what are the symptoms? It will not start can mean so many things....

well i havent started it back up from the day it overheated but when i did it would turnover for maybe a seccond and die.
