Help me find a more expensive option of replacing impelera ring. Price eBay the original $ 570. On the Internet a lot of rings sold impelera many of them are plastic and are not expensive, but not on the sea doo challenger 1800. Maybe there is someone else rework experience on plastic ring. The Internet is not a duplicate of the road is not found. Price impelera ring

Coat yours with JB Weld... and sand it smooth. It works well if done right.

So are you saying that people coat the wear ring in JB weld and then sand it to the appropriate thickness? I have some friends who have some impeller/wear ring issues at the moment and we're trying to figure out the whole wear ring situation on the 1800 with the M2 210.

It's a long time?

Not sure what you are asking. Are you asking if it will last a long time? Or will it take long to do fix?

Yes. It's kind of a common fix since the OEM ring is aluminum, and very expensive. Honestly... if done right... it's a more abrasive resistant surface. Just don't fill in the cooling holes.

Do a google search, and you will find pics of it.

I did coat my 1800 with the m240 with jb weld to clean it up. Just take your time, and like they said be sure not to plug the water holes. It helped and I think I gained back a couple mph.
