Help removing exhaust

Trying to remove exhaust from 99 GTX LTD 947 engine. Can't get the 15mm nut underneath on flange near carb. other than fabricating a tool I can't figure out how to get at this. Can anyone who has successfully removed this let me know how and what tool they used.

Finally got it off. What a pain that was. Thanks for everyones help.

Had the same problem as you on my 98 GTX Ltd., worked a couple hours at it. Finally removed the little air box clamp thats mounted to the plate in front of the carbs and had a little more room with the wrench from under neath. Just put the tuned elbow back on yesterday and went pretty fast with that bracket off. Another minute to put the bracket and two screws on and done.:hurray:
