So my 2009 challenger 215 was revving really high and not going very fast, but would idle and go about 3300 rpm just fine. I pulled the boat out of the lake and checked the impeller but it was clear.. There is a gasket on the driveshaft in front (towards the front of the boat) of the impeller that was cracked/ripped and now there is a gap between the shaft and the impeller likely allowing air bubbles/water where it's not supposed to be. I found why the challenger was not acting right but I can't put my finger on the correct part. I checked the parts diagram and think it may be this: http://www.seadoopartshouse.com/oemparts/p/sea_doo/293800088/adchem-sealant
Can some give me a hand? The black gasket fits around the driveshaft just before the impeller.
Thanks in advance!
