In the middle of engine swap on my 1997 Challenger w/ Premium 787 Engine from SBT...with help from a friend I removed the engine, but I did not take off this wire. I am unsure as to where it goes? Friend doesn't remember either since it's been a 4 mos project. The Ignition System diagram is not detailed enough to distinguish where it belongs (plus the engine in diagram doesn't even resemble mine). Any help would be greatly appreciated since I am ready to drop engine in boat but this is the last wire i need to locate.

It's definitely a ground wire, probably goes to the neg. on the battery, or engine ground. You have posted under two different accounts, are they one in the same, or two different people, if you have two accounts, we need to delete one account.

They're grounds that goes to the battery. The only wires that hook up to the + on the battery are red.
