This weekend when putting the ski's in the water I noticed my GF's millenium edition was dumping pure 2-cycle outta the drain plugs. Last time we rode it ran fine was blue-smoking like a 2-stroke should, but after this I was scared to even crank it. The only thing different was we forgot to turn the gas off and it sat for 2 weeks like that. Could that cause the oil to flow out or leak? I mean the oil is supposed to be injected, right? So, I kinda doubt that. My guess is there's a oil like leaking or off somewhere.. Can someone tell me where to look or if this is a common problem what it may be??

Thanks,

Tym

My XP did this once. One of the hose clamps under the engine to the oil lines had cut a hole in the hose so most of my oil had leaked into the hull.

Easy fix, but a major mess to clean up.

Hope yours is something this simple to fix.

I would definitely check for leaks, but this can happen if you over fill the tank and the check valve on your return line is not functioning properly.
