HELP!!! 1997 Speedster

Does anyone have the process of how to pull and clean the carbs there are only one per engine and it suppose to be 85 hp a piece. Really new to this boat just bought it and they won't adjust or i don't know how to adjust. I have ran the boat twice and one engine revs too high and the other one boggs till it starts to take the fuel any help would be appreicated.

yep, somewhat easy...pull main line goin to carb, then undo return line, then remove the airbox, next, reach down, turn throttle assy, to unhook the cable, then with allen wrench, loosen set screw a bit, hold'n the choke line, then unclamp the pulse fuel line goin to case, then undo carb bolt/s and pull them up...LSA=1.25,+/- .25, HSA=0
