Help 1996 xp hesitates off the start

the ski runs great but it hesitates when you give it gas at first some time it stalls at idle. when you first put the ski in the water it idles fine but when you give it gas it boggs out and has hard times reaching high rpms once it reaches rpms it runs fine but the time from idle to mid range rpm stalls

try dumping about 6ozs of seafoam in the gas you might have some bad gas or your carbs are in need of a cleaning i would try some seafoam if that doesn't work you may need to take the carbs off and give them a good cleaning.
