Hello to all again, I have had usually nothing but good things to say about Sea-Doo watercraft as i own three including a new speedster 200, but i have a 96 xp 800 that keeps going through pistons, i always check squish gap and leak down test but it just keeps going through them i have checked rave valves and all seems fine ive spent quite a bit of money compared to what the craft is worth so any help would be very much appreciated

Make sure oil pump is working/calibrated right. If dont feel comfortable, remove it/block it off, and go premix. Still need to leave resivoir in, since this keeps crank lubed as well. Also, check cooling system,..hoses, clear water jackets/spigots out.
