Head Pipe

Hello, trying to clean my carbs. I have never pulled them out before. Does the black head pipe from the cooling system have to be removed to get at the carbs?

nope....at top, middle of pipe, you'll release the metal tab to undo the airbox lid, then remove the 2-air ducts, then snorkel out the lid.
