Head gasket replacement

Hello! I’m new to PWC but bought two 2005 718cc, 2-stroke boats a few years ago. Both have ran great up until this last year when I couldn’t get one started. Pulled and replaced the plugs but they keep fouling. The spark plug gap had this milky looking fluid so I’m thinking bad head gasket. So before I jump into buying and replacing just the head gasket, what else would you recommend I replace while I’ve got the top pulled off??

Not to much, if you’ve already checked and your compression is good, I would just take the cylinder cover off and replace all the o rings, just follow the manual for loctite and torque values
