So I decided to change the oil & plugs today and either I'm burnt from Turkey intake overload or I have twin 215 supercharged motors when I was told they were twin 155's last year when we purchased her.

Is this not the supercharger and inter-cooler plumbing? I wouldn't have any of this if she were twin 155's correct?

Same engines I have, supercharged! Also the non super had an round intake filter that's visible on top of the motor.

That's why she so fast!! On a side note hope the superchargers are still within their rebuild lifespan.

You're not going to be that happy when you get the bill for rebuilding the two (2) superchargers.

$870 definitely sux especially after dropping the same amount on SeaDek 2 months prior. Isn't this what boating is all about? Lol.

Split them up. Do one one year and one the next year. It will keep things on a bit more affordable path.

Thought about it, but what wife and I just did was figure out what the typical maintenance costs are per year and put aside the cash monthly from now on moving forward. Boat will be paid off in 2 years, so after that, it's even easier.

I figure typical maintenance costs every 2 years:

Oil, filter & plugs $150/yr = $300 every 2 years.
Coolant $65 every 2 years
Superchargers $870 every 2 years
Wear Rings $130 every 2 years
Impeller refresh $200 every 2 years

Comes out to about $65/month. We'll probably round it up to $75 and call it a day.
