Hard Foamy Build Up O.P.A.S hose

Hi there, I have a 2009 GTX155 purchased brand new and noticed a foamy type of build round 2 hoses at the back of the jetski. I was told it was the OPAS hoses.....The build up of some sort is like an off-white colour...Can anyone please tell if you have had the same thing?
