Hand Grips

I need to get some new hand grips. Anyone have some suggestions on material or design?

Hockey tape. I use it on all my machines. Not the best looking but works good.

You can still buy the oem grips for $28 on Amazon Seadoo Grips.

Look at your grips carefully… two types. One type uses a machine screw, the other uses a sheet metal (wood) thread. Machine screw type has a hex made into the grip. They WILL NOT interchange.

295500691 … 1998 and down. Machine screw

Pretty sure it is just the hardware that is different? I am using the same Amazon Seadoo grips on my 1996 skis and 2001/2004 skis.

I will check out the grips in the skis when I get up there tonight. I have never really looked at them

Riding on the river that extra grip has got to help.

The other ones I really like are the ODI Ruffian lock on grips but they leave a gap on the seadoos because of the plastic switch housing design.
