GTX RFI Oil in cylinders

Hi All
I have a 1998 GTX RFI with original fuel injected 787 motor. Model number is 5666. This spring when I went to fire it up the motor it was hydrolocked with injector oil in the cylinders. I blow the oil out by removing the plugs and then the thing started right up. After I killed all the mosquitoes in the neighbourhood with my seadoo fogging machine it started running clean and has run fine all summer. I still do notice a little white smoke for a few minutes at start up after it as been sitting for a few days.

I don't know if i just have a check valve leaking down over the winter or whether you guys think I have bad crank seals leaking into the case from the rotary valve housing. I am trying to decide what to do. Nothing? Some Stop Leak in RV housing? New crank seals? New crank?

I have read some guys saying it is rotary valve seals. Except when I look at the manual it looks like the seals are on the crank. The RV shaft seals look like they prevent external leaks. I have the basic skills to pull the motor and dig in but I really would like to know which way I should be going with this. I do want that kind of work if I am not addressing the real problem. I am not clear whether changing the seals is a doable option without special tools or if I am better off doing the whole crank? And then would one do pistons if you have to split the thing open? I would love to think I could just replace a check valve or fill the RV with Stop Leak. ( I know it will not stay in there but it would likely have a chance to treat the seals before it mixed in with the injector oil.) I could also just use hose pinchers over the winter to prevent the leak down. Not sure what to do.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Seadoos will bypass some oil when they sit a long time but it shouldn’t be enough to hydrolock the motor. I store mine with the nose all the way down. It seems to help.

Thanks, I would be thrilled if it was that simple. I did have it tipped way up at the bow for almost a week as I was working on the trailer. I am sure that could have made it much worse. I just did not imagine that much oil could have found its way into the cylinders in that time.
