gtx rfi loss of power

been out today and my gtx rfi 2002 seemed to be lacking power i cleaned the rave valves they was clogged up, has`nt seemed to make any difference.
my impeller is fine the wearing is ok, it dose`nt misfire the compression is 175 psi in both cylinders the has done 170 hrs dont think it has had a rebuild also the engine seems to move a bit when on idle i have checked the mounts they haven`t broke could they stretch.??????????
what sort of speed should this do on average and what is involved in a rebuild.

That's the funny thing about throwing a rod...it likes to take out the hole engine.
