GTX RFI blowing spark plugs

I have a 02 GTX RFI with a recenly rebuilt engine, which works excelent with lots of power, but it keeps blowing spark plugs. It will go from working perfectly to having a top speed of 5 MPH at wide open throttle.

I pulled the plugs and they look visably perfect, and not fowled a little wet and oily, but this is likely caused by lettin it idle with only one good working cylinder. One of the plugs will not be sparking properly. It is sparking from the center conductor at the base of the ceramic to the plug body. It may run for weeks without problems or minutes. The life of the plug seems to be entirely variable.

I have tried hotter and cooler plugs with no difference. One dealer idicated that the one of the cylinders may be running too hot. Both cylinders seem to be the same temerature to the touch. I checked all the water paths, and even changed the head because a minor obstruction in the water path. This made no difference. It has an identical twin, so I have been swapping parts with the other seadoo to see if I notice a change. I changed the coil, fuel injectors, and also no change. Actually after swaping the fuel injectors it ran worst.

My latest theory is that maybe the injectors are dirty causing it to run lean and hot. Is there any easy to clean them? Soak them in a parts washer?

Any ideas???

It sounds like it could be the Fuel injectors. It could also be High Fuel pressure. You could have the dealer check the MPEM( Multi Purpose Electronic Module) for any trouble codes. That would tell you where the problem is.
